NSW Swimming Pool Legislation
Changes to the Legislation regarding properties, which have a swimming pool and are being sold, now must have a copy of the valid Swimming Pool Certificate of Compliance.
In addition, under this new Legislation a valid Swimming Pool Certificate must be provided to any tenant renting a property that has a swimming pool.
These changes will now come into place from 29th April 2014.
